Gives the information individuals and groups need to take decisions and evaluate options



By improving the way of communicate, abilities to interact with others persons are improved, points of view, emotions and wishes can be expressed more assertivly
Descending communication. Assign tasks, goals and show problems that need attention
Ascending communication. Gives feedback to the higher levels, inform prgresses, problems, determine how employees feel, pick up ideas

BUSINESS LEADERSHIP

The leader must create faith, values, unity and a vision
Synergy. It`s the action of one or more causes working together

Desitions are taken on the moment or estructured

When you have to take a desition:
Identify and define the problem
Set priorities
Consider causes and consecuences
Search available solutions

Communication

It creates shared meanings
Communicate in an open and honest way
Who is autocratic, only communicates on one way
Employees can say important things to you
Change communication on instructions

Before send information:
·         Make a plan for the message
·         Generate empathy
·         Define one objective
·         You want inform, instruct, influcenciate… what?
·         Check the delivery

·         Achive commitment
